AI for Stock Trading Privacy Policy

Official privacy policy and compliance disclosures for the "AI for Stock Trading" mobile application.

Thank you for using the AI for Stock Trading mobile application (“Application”), developed by Appz. Your privacy is important to us. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our Application.

1. Information Collection and Use

Personal Information

We do not collect, store, or share any personally identifiable information (PII) such as your name, email address, phone number, physical address, or financial account details. All AI-driven stock predictions and analysis are calculated on-device or processed anonymously.

Non-Personal Information

To improve the Application’s stability, performance, and user experience, we may collect non-personal, aggregated device and usage data, including:

  • Device Characteristics: Device model, operating system version, and system language settings.
  • App Performance Data: Crash logs, load times, and diagnostic statistics.
  • App Usage Statistics: Anonymized patterns of feature interaction.

2. Permissions Declared & Data Access

To function correctly, the Application requests the following system permissions. We do not use these permissions to harvest personal data:

  • Network/Internet Access: Required for the AI engine to fetch real-time financial market data and to load advertisements.
  • Access Network State: Allows the Application to verify if an active internet connection is available before sending market data queries.

3. Third-Party Services and Analytics

The Application integrates third-party Software Development Kits (SDKs) for ad delivery and analytics. These providers may automatically collect device identifiers (such as the Google Advertising ID) in accordance with their own policies:

We strictly enforce a no-sale and no-share policy for user data:

  • We do not sell or lease any user information to third-party brokers or advertisers.
  • Anonymized diagnostic logs are shared solely with Google Play Console for developer crash tracking.
  • We may disclose information if required to comply with legal obligations or protect our terms of service.

5. Data Retention & Deletion Rights

Because the Application does not collect personal accounts or server-side user profiles, we do not store your personal data on external servers.

  • All user configurations and saved stock portfolios are stored locally on your mobile device and can be cleared at any time by uninstalling the Application or clearing the app cache/data via your device’s system settings.
  • If you have submitted any communications to us (such as support emails to dev@appz.se), you have the right to request the permanent deletion of your email correspondence at any time.

6. Children’s Privacy (COPPA Compliance)

The Application is not directed to, or intended for, children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect or solicit personal data from children. If we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information (for example, by sending a support request), we will delete that information immediately. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has contacted us, please notify us at dev@appz.se.

7. Security

We implement industry-standard administrative and technical measures to protect anonymous diagnostic data. However, please be aware that no security system is completely impenetrable, and we cannot guarantee 100% security for data transmitted over the internet.
