UAE Bus Timing is an independent utility application developed by Appz.

  • Not a Government Application: This Application is NOT an official government application and is NOT affiliated with, endorsed by, or authorized by any government entity or transport authority in the United Arab Emirates.
  • Third-Party Data Source: All timetable, schedule, and route information is obtained from third-party public API data providers that are not government organizations.
  • Informational Use Only: The information provided in this Application is for general informational purposes only and may not always reflect the most current official schedules.

Thank you for using the UAE Bus Timing mobile application (“Application”), developed by Appz. Your privacy is important to us. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our Application.

1. Information Collection and Use

Personal Information

We do not collect, store, or share any personally identifiable information (PII) such as your name, email address, phone number, physical address, or account credentials.

Non-Personal Information

To help us maintain and improve the Application’s stability, performance, and user experience, we may collect non-personal, aggregated device and performance metrics:

  • Device Characteristics: Device model, operating system version, and system language settings.
  • App Performance Logs: Crash reports, loading speed, and diagnostic analytics.
  • App Usage Statistics: Anonymized metrics detailing feature interaction.

2. Permissions Declared & Data Access

The Application requests the following permissions to carry out its core operations. These permissions are used exclusively to process your requests on-device and are not used to collect user data:

  • Internet/Network Access: Required to query third-party timetable APIs and load advertisements.
  • Access Network State: Used to verify if the device is online before sending data requests.

We partner with third-party networks for ad delivery and app analytics. These services may access your mobile advertising identifier (such as the Google Advertising ID) in accordance with their privacy policies:

Because the Application does not utilize accounts or cloud databases:

  • We do not host your search queries, bus routes, or user files on our servers.
  • All configuration data and local search histories are saved locally on your device. You can erase this data at any time by clearing the Application cache or by uninstalling the Application from your device.
  • Any support messages sent to dev@appz.se are kept confidential. You can request the permanent deletion of your email contact history at any time.

5. Children’s Privacy (COPPA Compliance)

The Application is not intended for or directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. If we discover that a child under 13 has sent us a support request, we will delete that information immediately. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has contacted us, please notify us at dev@appz.se.

We use industry-standard measures to protect anonymous usage statistics. However, please note that no internet transmission or electronic storage method can be guaranteed 100% secure.
